Hobo Climber

Game created for the BOSS JAM VT 2025, with the theme luck based skill

You're an unknown, homeless person stuck in the sewers. Although you heard from a friend they somehow managed to get a helicopter for you. You need to climb out of the sewers and get to them, no matter the cost.

CONTROLS:

WASD - movement

Space - Jump

Mouse - move camera

Interaction - touch doors to interact with them

MECHANICS:

Double jump - jump once more after having lept from anywhere

Wall Slide - slide against the wall to decrease descent and move over larger pits

Lucky jump - randomly get an additional jump while in mid air, which may repeat and be required for parts of the game

Interaction - touch doors to interact with them

ROOMS:

Sewer - Tutorial area of the game, and also maybe your home?

Basement - While not detected, you are now in deep waters.

Office floor - You've triggered the company alarm and alerted the police, since you've never been here before you don't know which door is the right way out. 

City - While everyone is home on the late evning you have created mayhem purely for existing. Cops will try to bring justice at all costs. However they don't exactly have good enough aim to hit you.
